I love the color and style, The shoe is pretty comfortable but they are definitely on the heavy side.

Shoelaces

The shoelaces supplied were so short that it was not possible to to tie. Measured 24 inches in a 5 eyelet shoe. Customer services response was to buy the correct ones on Amazon or return shoes for a return shipping cost of $8.50. Poor customer service after I spent $1000.+. I bought laces and kept shoes, which I liked. Was disappointed in Williams and Kent response. Not customer oriented

Beautiful

Beautiful shoes but they didn’t fit me, it looks like they don’t make size 7 or 7 1/2 ( us size )
