Not so good. I really like the shirt, but it was shown as available when ordered, but not shipped because it was out of stock. Called once and did a live chat a second time, both of which were useless because I never got what was info that said this is the status. I was ready to cancel when I received an email that the item was being readied for shipment. Seems like customer support, or the lack thereof, was never in the loop. Great clothes, poor, very poor customer support!
