Shipping and Transit Information
We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days.
Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm EST/11am PST Monday-Friday to ship same-day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will not be shipped until the following day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Return/Exchange Policies
Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and within 90 days of purchase, all you need to do is click the link below and get your return or exchange started.
You will be able to generate a prepaid return label and can shop immediately to place your exchange order. A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are placing an exchange order, the return shipping is free. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
Please note that Final Sale orders may not be returned.

Pre-Order Items
When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “pre-order” the item. This reserves the item for you.
As soon as it becomes available we will ship your pre-ordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away).
We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of pre-ordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

Price Adjustment Policy
At Williams & Kent, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.

Redeeming Gift Certificates Online
You can redeem Williams & Kent gift certificates easily online. Simply continue the checkout process as normal and on the Payment Information page, there will be a section there for you to enter in your gift certificate number and amount.
